Stiffkey Parish Council is organising a Training Evening in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
7:00PM Thursday 5th March 2026 – Stiffkey Village Hall
To support the installation of the defibrillator, the Parish Council plans to provide the opportunity for as many residents as possible to undertake training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Even if you have attended a CPR training in the past, it is always a good idea to refresh your knowledge to ensure that your skills are up-to-date!
CPR can help save a life during cardiac arrest when the heart stops beating or beats too ineffectively to circulate blood to the brain and other vital organs. Proper CPR can keep the blood pumping until help arrives and can double or triple the chances of survival after a cardiac arrest.
Our Community First Responder team are prepared to help us train as many people as possible in this life-saving technique.
